The positive is once installed, the truck handles so much better. For stock height trucks or trucks with rear drop shackles like mine it really makes the back out perform the front. Definitely overkill for a rear sway bar but it definitely does the job. Ok now the negative. If you have a dual outlet exhaust like most people do, including me, be ready to make adjustments to the exhaust pipes because mine did not clear the sway bar end links. Fortunately I was already looking at replacing the exhaust with stainless parts so it wasn't a complete inconvenience. I just cut off the tailpipes so the bar will work and will take care of the exhaust when time and money are available.
